Owners Registration

Floridays4U website has no joining fee and you only pay once you have accepted a booking. We advertise both in the UK and in the USA. There is absolutely no reason not to advertise with us.

This website has been designed to be very user friendly and provide you with an opportunity to promote your Florida home in the best possible light.

As a homeowner you will need to provide all the information about your property for potential guests to view. You will need to supply a full description of your home, the rates you charge, your own terms and conditions, your availability calendar and photographs of your property (a maximum of 5 images). You will be able to access your own property page and update your details at any time.

There will be a section promoting late offers, giving you the opportunity to fill those unfilled weeks.

If anyone enquires about booking your property, we will notify you direct, for you to make the arrangements.

Charges

For each booking made through this website a fee of 10% of the total cost of the rental will be due to Floridays4U.

This fee will be invoiced to the homeowner/advertiser by e-mail/post one week after the booking has been accepted. Payment will be required within 14 days of the invoice. Failure to pay will result in the removal of the advertiser from this website.

To register your property, please click here. You will be guided through a simple registration process. You will need to select a username and password, which will enable you to update details of your property and amend your availability calendar.

Floridays4U Terms and Conditions

  • Floridays4U will take bookings on behalf of the homeowner/advertiser on a collection basis only but the contract will still be between the guest and the homeowner.
  • The homeowner/advertiser confirms that all the information provided in their advertisement is accurate and correct.
  • The homeowner/advertiser must not copy exactly other rental listings.
  • The homeowner/advertiser should only advertise their property once.
  • The homeowner/advertiser must confirm that their home is regularly maintained including the pool and spa and that it is kept in a clean and good condition.
  • The availability calendar for the property should be maintained by the homeowner/advertiser on a regular basis and must reflect true availability.
  • Floridays4U reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time, without notice.
  • You agree to receive emails with general enquiries and specific requests for your home.
  • Owners assume all responsibility for the rights to photographs provided to Floridays4U.
  • Links to other sites are provided solely as a convenience. You access them at your own risk.
  • Floridays4U is not responsible for any damages.
  • Enquiries that you get via Floridays4U are not to be passed to other villa owners at any time.
  • Only list a property if you are the owner or the webmaster of the owner. No real estate, travel agents or management companies are allowed to advertise on this site.
  • You agree not to include your email address, wesite address, telephone or other information that would enable direct contact between yourself and a prospective booker.
