The location of our villa is in a very quiet cul-de-sac in Indian Point in Kissimmee

Description

Welcome to Indian Point Villa , our villa is fully air conditioned and will sleep ten people, it has four bedrooms , two bathrooms a lounge diner a breakfast area and kitchen with a utility room and double garage/games room, and a large private pool with toddlers pool attached , our villa is decorated and furnished to luxury standard in the floridian style, and is carpeted through out.

The lounge /diner has a three piece suite, cable tv a hi-fi and dvd player and patio doors to the pool area. In the dining area we have a glass dining table with six matching chairs to luxury standard .

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and matching furniture with cable tv and telephone.
The en-suite has a walk-in-shower a large corner bath and matching hand basins, also a large walk-in wardrobe, the decor is to floridian luxury standard.

Bedroom two this has a double bed with matching furniture with cable tv there is also a walk-in wardrobe , a window view of the pool from this room which is in the floridian style .

Bedroom three , two matching single beds in this room with walk-in wardrobe again to luxury floridian standard.

Bedroom four a double bed/single bunk in this room with walk-in wardrobe and matching furniture with cable tv also to go in this room a small childs single bed all again to floridian luxury standard.

The kitchen area has all you require for your culinery delights which includes a fridge freezer a dish washer ,cooker and microwave a toaster and coffee maker all cutlery and crockery is provided.

In the utility room we have a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and ironing board, all this is to luxury standards.

Leading into the garage/games room hear we have for your enjoyment an american pool table and air hokey table with varying other games .

The pool area this has a large patio area with ample sun loungers and chairs for your relaxation around our very large private heated pool for all year round heat, it also has a small paddle pool for the toddlers and a Hot-Tub . ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR YOUR SAFTEY.
