Our villa is located on the Clear Creek development, at Woodridge, which is generally regarded as one of the most prestigious developments in the Orlando area being a combination of residential and rental homes, only 10 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World and 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. This is a new exclusive development within easy reach of all the major attractions and some superb golf courses. You will find this area to be an excellent base for your holiday in Florida.
Although it is close to all the attractions it is also a very quiet community. At the entrance to Woodridge you will find for your convenience a 24 hour super market, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank and the new Super walmart all within 2 minutes drive.

Description

The sunny lounge/dining area is very spacious with lofted cathedral ceilings. It has a large multi-channel TV and Hi-Fi. There is a generous 3-seater sofa which can be converted to a double bed if required as well as a 2-seater sofa and a comfy arm chair. A patio door leads to the pool area. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people around the table and 4 more in the kitchen nook

The luxury fully fitted kitchen is equiped with table and chairs, telephone (free local calls), full-size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and pantry. We also provide a kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The south facing pool and extended deck area are fully screened to allow maximum enjoyment. You can see from the pictures that privacy trellis has now been fitted all around the pool for extra privacy. There is a generous deck area and shaded lanai for all day comfort. During the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated

Terms & Conditions

Pool heating is recommended for the cooler winter months of October to March inclusive.
This is an extra charge of £85 ($150) per week (inclusive of tax).
Bookings of 4 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50 / $90.
Deposit of £100 / $175 per week due on booking and final balance required 8 weeks before departure.
£200 / $350 Returnable Security deposit applies.
All rates are per week and until booking is confirmed are subject to change without notice.
Additional nights are charged pro-rata.

If you wish to make a reservation, please contact and confirm availability. Dates will be held for a period of seven days pending receipt of your deposit. We accept all major credit card payments through Paypal.(add 4% processing fee)
