Inspection Trips
Floridays4U Ltd can help you in arranging an inspection trip, which will be tailored to meet your own individual personal circumstances. They are normally for a 4 or 5 day duration and are designed for you to see all the homes and communities of interest. The trip will be geared to your own pace and you will receive all the information and answers to your questions regarding finance, the buying procedure, and management and rental programmes.
A normal itinerary will include the following:
- Viewing show homes and communities that have been identified as offering the best value, highest rental income and capital appreciation.
- If necessary, meeting with the mortgage company broker to discuss the financing and terms of your purchase.
- Meeting interior designers to discuss furnishing packages.
- Meeting with a property management company representative to explain the rental, management and maintenance of your chosen home.
- The opening of a Florida bank account.
These inspection trips are available and designed to cater for those people who are serious about purchasing a property and in a position to purchase. We ask that you cover the cost of the inspection visit and if you extend your stay, accommodation can be provided at a discounted rate.
